Which of the following station should be a part of NCR as soon as possible? How switching of these to NCR is beneficial for these stations?

Ha ye baat toh sahi kahi aapne , aapko ye option bhi rakhna chaiye tha ki ALL in NCR , Sab NCR ke haath main rahe tabhi kuch ho payega in stations ka!!

For Prayag stations i can understand its useful...but ALY merger is not at all going to help ALD or NCR...
The trains that can originate from there has to go towards BSB only..until they develop some way to link with ALD...current line is a through line and cant be used for terminating or originating towards ALD.

Prayagghat with bypass so that trains has not go for reversal at prayag . All Allahabad originating trains can be shifted here . At prayag ghat there is huge space atleast 4 pf can be made . see pics whwn i visited there in 2014 /blog/post/975456

I think it would be better if nearby area of big junctions are acquired within same divisions so that controlling can be a little better (joke about NCR?!). Prayag and ALY are suitable as per this analogy(if that actually creates difference).
But then with similar logic, the BSB-NEWC and MZP-NEWC should come under MGS Division for better utilization.

Allahabad City Dhanbad Express via Gaya
Allahabad City Chappra Intercity via Mau
Prayag Ghat in NCR can get terminate train like:-
Allahabad New Delhi Prayag Raj Express
Allahabad New Delhi Duronto Express
Allahabad Lucknow Ganga Gomti Express
Allahabad Meerut City Sangam Express
Dehradun LInk Express
Allahabad Udhampur SF Express
Allahabad Jaipur SF Express
Prayag Chandigarh Unchahar Express
Prayag Bareilly Express
Allahabad Basti Manwar Sangam Express
Allahabad Saharanpur Nauchandi Express.
Having 5 PF it can easily handle many train originating from Allahabad and can be the ideal terminal for many Allahabad originating trains.
Concept much more sensible than making Subedarganj as a terminus just railways need a track of 10m to join Prayag Ghat and the line leading to Allahabad Jn from Prayag.
The track doubling is almost done from Prayag to Allahabad.
