I think it would be better if nearby area of big junctions are acquired within same divisions so that controlling can be a little better (joke about NCR?!). Prayag and ALY are suitable as per this analogy(if that actually creates difference).
But then with similar logic, the BSB-NEWC and MZP-NEWC should come under MGS Division for better utilization.
