Its always not the case that Diverted Trains will have least priority.Once I travelled in 15902,which was diverted to run via NOQ-NCB route instead of APDJ Route.On its diverted run,in Single Line section it didnt give any crossing to any of the trains.Prestigious trains like 12424,12502,12506,13147,14056 were stranded @ various stations for making 15902's route clear,though they were Normal Route & this one was running on a diverted route.
