You mean if he doen't perform his journey. And in the morning 8 'O' clock he will get full refund. Actually my areas prs counter closes at 14:00 clock in the afternoon. And the trains actual dep is 12'O' clock in the afternoon. Then also he get full refund.

12001 ndls shatabdi from bhopal departed on nov 22, has still not reached ndls station. my 2 family memebers are travelling in it, can I file a TDR for refund for this delay of 9 hours?
This is from the rule book: ''Full fare shall be refunded in case of cancellation of tickets due to late running of trains more than three hours provided that such tickets are cancelled before the actual departure of the trains.''
