Who votes for which option should be kept hidden till final declaration.
On the lines of PNR Prediction being kept hidden, in Polls Each person should independently give his/her opinion without anyone affecting.

Time limit should be there and names of the members can be revealed after polling closes.
Also there shouldn't be option to change the vote.
