Is there any issue in travelling with RAC ticket in 3 tier AC in delhi-jammu dorunto? How abt serving of food & other facility with RAC versus confirmed tickets?

Sir,
It is new for me to learn that in 3AC, the side upper berth holder needs to sit on the 6 seat - bay passenger. I, so far was under the (may be wrong) impression that this provision is applicable for 3E only and not for 3AC. Are you sure and just for my comfort, will you please reiterate your say? And if you do, on which lower berth will he / she sit (take example of holder of seat no. 8)?
