Even though there is many passengers of these routes but railway suffer losses because passengers on these routes dont buy tickets
If State of West Bengal don't share losses in 50-50 ratio then these routes will be shut down.

Railway themselves failed to control ticketless travelling and now they want the state govt to pay for those losses. Really a stupid demand from the Railway board. Railway themselves are solely responsible to control and catch ticketless travellers, not the state govt
