The primary motto of this train is to (1 ) Connect Madurai with Jaipur (Does not have direct connection yet); (2) Connect Dindigul-Palani-Pollachi belt with Mumbai area, Ahmedabad, Jodhpur, Jaipur and New Delhi; (3) Additional connection to New Delhi from Madurai and Coimbatore.

Added Ajmer .. Thought I already added Ajmer replacing Madar, seems the change wasnt reflected ..
Initially had the idea to route via Jodhpur, but changed since it was taking too long.. Jodhpur, Bikaner deserves a separate train ..
Idea was to connect Madurai-Pollachi belt towns with Mumbai and Delhi too .. Tiruvannamalai is a wise choice for Madurai, but not others..
