quite a few time,Rly Authorities have understood that the people of that Region doesnt deserve any such Passenger Amenities & thus A Junction point like Darbhanga doesnt have any Automated Machine to check Train Enquiry.
As Long as The Mentality will not Change,Indian Railways Cant incorporate Improvement in Passenger Services.
