Yesterday 05-Feb-2018 single loco (Light loco) run successfully completed at the speed of 30Km/hr at ASH/Aishbagh - STP/Sitapur section. As per NER officials by Mar;2018 gauge conversion would be completed so CRS can be requested in month of May;2018. Post successful CRS commencement of passenger train can be started.

As mentioned in previous thread that NER is not planning to open STP/Sitapur - MLN/Mailani section soon coz as of now they are just concentrating only on ASH-STP section but i am quite sure ASH/Aishbagh - MLN/Mailani section will be open for public with in 2018.
