I need to travel mumbai on 25 of this month with 4 member with me, can i get confirm E-ticket by tatkal quota pls suggest me the according to new rules

at wht time i need to book ticket and there is only 4 person allow but we r 5
and all 5 person need to carry id proof

@vivek ji can i book prs from any one station or need to book from departure station only?
Computerised Tickets are from any station to any station on Railways, no need to go to departure station, this stands for unreserved tickets also
