Recently traveled in this train from LTT to HWH coaches has been replaced to LHB but other facilities are in pathetic conditions
cleanliness is very bad toilet are stinking at whole journey (Housekeeping A2Z services)
Food was pathetic request others to carry Food by yourself bcoz less options for E catering (Catering Jan Aahaar)
Complained against this to railway board from tweeter but...

Twitter service by railways is just farce & a publicity move. They just help in such situations where railways can earn easy publicity like helping an aged person, women or delivering baby food or nappies on board. They just copy paste the 'matter forwarded to concerned official' but god know what do they forward & what action do they take? I too avoid taking this train & infact prefer Howrah Mail (via Nagpur).
