Is there any quota for Pregnant ladies travelling in the train and also i want a confirmed ticket

i have tried to avail a berth for my handicapped grand ma two years ago travelling with an escprt...was not allotted a lower berth in 2a/3a...i gave the handicapped certificate to avail concession but no lower berth even then...didnt try lower berth quota then...was ignorant about the subject
I have no stance on this...I was just talking of back up for a statement which you made and you did that and proved your point
not sure...probably not...i replied to the comment by mr.dipyaman basu,that on humanitarian ground handicapped should be provided lower berth quota...and he said that no rules state that handicapped persons are eligible for lb quota
