PS:- There is no official circular that Physically Handicapped people are eligible for LB's!! However on humanitarian grounds, you cannot expect someone who has lost one or both of his legs and/or is suffering from paralysis and/or undergoing similar medical conditions to climb up to the upper berths. Hence a conclusion based on the above mentioned grounds can be drawn!!
