Yes I am aware of ILP, but what about those people, who can't afford to reserve or pay for SL/AC class. Say, if they are going from Guwahati by train. They need UR class. The checks can be carried out on PF after all alight.

Due to ILP the main reason is only this thats why no unreserved trains...
And which is good as far as policies of and conflicts...
Well AP is far better than some of states in India...
For low class buses are there and Assam.nearest station is also not so far...
