Why does any train from NFR take reversal and UDL and take RPH NFK NJP route, although long, punctuality will be a definite plus and speed is nice in Grand chord.

Compare the timings taken by the above slot with present NHLN AC.
2PM slot wouldn't be available anymore because of issues with NCR regarding congestion due to high speed slots.
12259/60 isn't running for 2 days hence can be accommodated to this slot

But was 2.00pm slot coming in way of any high speed slots occupied by preceeding or succeding trains?
Its not on me, NCR cancelled that slot because they want to run all the Rajdhanis back to back to have less impact on other traffic.
Probably they wanted to streamline and rationalise.But in doing that entire daylight time gets wasted in Key NFR stations next day.It has also been seen that the overall punctuality has decreased.
