more circular emu in MSB MSB via AVD TRL AJJ CJ CGL TBM

more memu needed in MLMR MSB line. a new terminal can be developed in south of TMV.(mailam or vikravandi)

More long distance EMUs to the south and west should be added (option 2) . I want to vote for option 5 as well
