Plus China jahan invest karta hai usse wo ek औपनिवेशिक राज्य ki tarah istemaal kartahai, just like how British came with East India Company. These days China is much more eager to give loans than other developed countries to under developed nations at low interest so that it can use the land of that nation for its profit.
Wo unke saath hi aisa karta hai.. jisko wo jaanta hai loan nahi de paayenge.. India is capable of paying loans.. I dont think it would be a problem.

outskirts mei aap metro develop kaaro, heart of city ko apne aap fayda hoga.
