dear members did some notice the condition of our India Flag, it's really sad to see.
ye kabaadi loco me crs inspection kar diya safety commissioner ne
GZB se kisi bhi tarah ki umeed na rakhein.
it was painted there in the hope that people would respect the national flag and try to maintain their loco in good condition.
but good luck getting GZB to do that.
