hhm yup right but he using E-loco to have some fuel savings so when route after sai nagar shirdi Electrified one upto Daund i think. I know bhau their is no need of LR at Daund but LC he doing na and i understood your suggestion also as make LC with LR at shirdi and run with deisel loco until GR with skipping daund and halt at SUR right?Yes he can skip Daund if he use Desiel loco from shirdi itself with giving commercial halt at SUR
