Brother MJY is not a regular commercial halt, it is basically a Technical halt for Bankers attachment/detachment. Instead give halt at BZU which is a district hq. Also make halts at Crew changing point to 10 minutes, 5 minutes are insufficient for crew change, watering and engineering allowances.
