He did not say the material used in electrification is of low quality !! Calm your jet bro !!
Try to read actuality ....First he get mad over S&T department ...then he move inside “power cabin” where the daily register was not maintained ....then he saw the signal lights ...the lights were of low quality ....and the last he found issue with RVNL as not having enough gap bw FOB/ROB to track or wire ...say clearance gap !!
