If its not the goof up of the media person and if this actaully happens even late by a month or two then its really a good news for passengers travelling via these routes.
This is correct reporting bhai. I did some research on Twitter and found this video posted from the project site near Aligarh. Looking at this video we can assume that this project is developing at super speed.
