Train moving without Engine.
A major fault last night. Passengers was unknown to the fact that train is moving without engine and anytime accident may happened. click here

Coaches of Ahmedabad-Puri express rolled down towards Kesinga side near Titlagarh y'day because skid-brakes were not applied. Coaches stopped by Railway staff by putting stones and bringing them to halt. All passengers safe.

It was stopped but it would have traveled a considerable distance to attain that speed.
Oh, a major accident was averted. Remember similar thing many years ago seeing in a movie 'The Burning Train' !
How is it that the guard was unable to apply emergency brake to apply.........AC coach attendants or pantry guys could have also pulled the chain. Not sure if they were aware.

Actually i heard what they shown in the Movie Burning Train was technically not possible as when Dany brakes the Vaccum pipes train automatically stop or some what i heard as train can move ahead but in movie they show he doing some efforts to fail the brakes by altering vaccum brakes ha ha.lol if anyone know about train braking system they can elaborate about it in good way..
