Authorities finally shift focus from beautifying suburban stations to providing commuters with foot over-bridges and widening existing ones
Work on the FOB, undertaken as part of the Parel terminus project, picked up speed only after the stampede at Elphinstone Road station FOB killed 23 commuters last year.
