Yeh kuchh jayaada nahi hai. About 10 byears ago I had read an experience of an Indian journalist of german railway. He had boarded that train and the train was late by 25 minutes. When he alighted at his destination he saw a battery of railwaymen with white envelopes in their hands. For a moment, he thought that they were present to greet him as a leading Indian journalist, but he was stunned to know the reality. The Railway administration had made a FULL FARE REFUND to all in passengers accompanied by a letter of sincere apology from the railway administration.
