Ok so for Trial I assume for Indore LPI Humsafar, it is given the 130 MPS slot of Indore Duronto from INDB to BSR, so it will arrive BSR by 10:45 after departing from INDB at 23:05 Pm previous day.
From BSR to Pune via PNVL - Approx 4 Hrs, means Reaching Pune by 14:45 and Departing from Pune by 14:55 with Loco Change ( 10 Mins for Loco Change at Pune which is not Practically Followed ).

means will reach LPI by 22:30 Approx.
This is assumption, Crossings and Overtakes in Single Section Plus other Operational Constraints are Overlooked. So Roughly the Fastest Schedule will take 24 Hrs from Indore to LPI Despite of Aggresive TT.
