There is a huge difference between stations falling in suburban network and suburban stations.
Bwn and Bdc have huge of halt of normal mail/exp/SF trains other than the suburban locals whereas places like Dumdum, Sonarpur don't have as such halt of mail/exp/SF trains other than suburban locals. Hence they are not eligible for qualifying as a NSG station
