Most likely not. Those tunnels will be expanded or modified to handle all kinds of scenarios. Note that the Delhi Metro line handles only one type of traffic, i.e., the metro rakes. So a rigid arrangement like this is not a problem for them.
IR's main lines however handle all kinds of traffic, from normal passenger rakes to Double Decker rakes and normal freights to double stack containers. Also, there are strict clearances employed in IR for OHE wires. The OHE wires have a minimum clearance from the coaches and wagons, so the tunnels are always constructed according to these constraints. So, practically no chances of such a system appearing on the main IR lines unless they deliberately
