I don't know about that. Most probably they might have, need to check and verify that.

This is not exactly a third rail electrification. Typically in 'Third rail' systems, the current carrying conductor is at the rail level only, either running between the rails, or running between the tracks. The DMRC uses overhead electrification only, but uses a rigid catenary instead of the normal hanging wires for managing the tunnel sections.

DMRC is probably unique in the country in having a rigid catenary. On IR's main line tracks, tunnels and bridges are constructed in such a way as to accommodate all kinds of trains (freight and passengers) and are also constructed to be suitable for electrification. So IR's main line routes use only the normal kind of electrification.
Metro lines however, pass through congested suburban areas and unlike main line routes, it is not always possible to build bigger or wider tunnels as it is more restricted than the main line routes.

Also, it's not a simple matter of switching between both types of electrification. Locos and their pantographs have to be redesigned to be able to run with the rigid catenary systems.

I have heard that some tunnels viaducts of kr are having low height . So If some time in future they plan to electrify kr, they would be needing such mechanisms.

Most likely not. Those tunnels will be expanded or modified to handle all kinds of scenarios. Note that the Delhi Metro line handles only one type of traffic, i.e., the metro rakes. So a rigid arrangement like this is not a problem for them.
IR's main lines however handle all kinds of traffic, from normal passenger rakes to Double Decker rakes and normal freights to double stack containers. Also, there are strict clearances employed in IR for OHE wires. The OHE wires have a minimum clearance from the coaches and wagons, so the tunnels are always constructed according to these constraints. So, practically no chances of such a system appearing on the main IR lines unless they deliberately
