As per the latest reports, we can't expect introduction of so many trains in the Rail Budget 2012-13 bcoz Many Railway Divisions don't want new train to be introduced this Budget due to operational constraints
RM favours "Clone Train" ( a new concept of running a parallel train on the same route when WL reaches more than a limit )

I am starting with SR_TVC and Palghat Division
1) TVC/ ERS - SBC Sector - Availability of majority of the night train's in this sector are in w/l
2) TVC/ ERS/ MAQ - LTT Sector - All the train in this sector are in w/l
3) TVC/ERS -HAPA/BVC/GIMB Sector - All the train in this Sector are in w/l
4) TVC/ERS/MAQ-NZM - All the train in this Sector are in w/l
5) TVC/ERS- HWH - All the train in this sector are in w/l
6) TVC-SC - Sabari Express w/l exceeds minimum limit
So, for TVC Division i will proposed following Clone trains for upcoming Railway Budget!
1) TVC-SBC Daily Superfast Express or Increase the Frequency of any one of tri weeklies
2) TVC- LTT Daily Superfast Express via Konkan
3) TVC/ ERS - Some where in Gujarat Bi weekly
4) TVC/ERS - NZM Biweekly Express via Konkan
5) KTYM/ERS - HWH Bi weekly Express
6) QLN-VSKP Triweekly Express
