* Working conditions of Loco Pilot, Freight train guards is very horrible. Temperature inside locos is often 10 degree higher than amboent temperature which touch 55-60 degrees during summer which is unbearable for human body.

* LPs need a toilet facility and air conditioning so that they can discharge their duty without falling sick
* Freight guards are unnecessarily doing a tough job, they should be redeployed to do other necessary jobs of IR. End-of-train-telemetry and associated technology should be deployed in all the freight trains.
