While asking for seat/berth position, pls mention the train number/name, class of travel etc. So that there wont be any confusion.

You didnt mention what train or what type of accomodation, so he suggested that it would be a SU, please be specific next time and for the record, it is not a window seat if its a 2S you are talking about.
