And what guarantee tht they provide good EMU system when they dont using present infra to run DEMU's?

Bhai, commute karne se matlab hai, ab wo chahe EMU mei karo ya DEMU mei ya DMU mei ya MEMU mei.
Jaake kisi bhi daily commuter se pucho ki do they know the meaning of HPDMU, DEMU, DHMU , MEMU , EMU ? No common people don't know anything about all this "hickory-dickory". They just want to travel daily or say commute properly to their working area with cheapest fare as compare to Buses.
Electrification jaruri nahi hai har chiz ke liye. Biggest problem for running a EMu train is minimal

Platform hieght requirement. So instead of wasting money on raising platform height of ALL intermediate stations and electrifying the whole section, why don't railway provide DEMU and regular DMU for this section which is more accessible and people friendly.

That's a dream project just like Modi's Bullet Train project.
So, it's not advisable to keep your hopes high for these kind of high projects.

Look it's the same story, poorer acceleration and fuel costs.....
1. Diesel units are heavier than Electrical counterparts because they are self reliant. They have to carry the fuel as well the generators onboard. Thus for two locomotives weighing the same, an electrical locomotive is almost always more powerful. That being the acceleration is that pronounced so as to affect travel times significantly!
2. Fuel Costs is a stupid excuse. When 70 of the power used by your electric locomotive is ultimately derived from a far in-efficient non renewable source of energy

that is coal, I find it preposterous that Diesel engines are made scapegoats for causing pollution.
Infact the benefits of Diesel locomotives far outweigh their demerits....
And ultimately the average passengers does not give a damn whether it is a DMU or EMU ! He is more concerned with reaching his destination on time.....
