do not use this app until it was stable. I already had so much trouble to book the ticket from this app. PAyment was deducted from the bank then got massage payment was not successful. I do complaint on twitter but no reply so far.
Dont worry it happens with IRCTC and airlines website also.. You will receive your money back soon. Payment gateway will do it automatically after detecting the glitch. !

I know but it was quite a pain when it happens thrice with the different gateway, and you are in hurry. so i am suggesting not to use this app until it was stable.
