Rake idle for too much hours

Whatever the matter is, scapegoating crucial trains for fun isn't good.
Thing is RSA, Duronto should get LHB rake so that It can have RSA with some other LHB combination train that would result in better rake utilisation.

That never happen. Instead they can run as special if rake is idle
Someone from vskp. only they bother on this earth about trains that are not connected to vskp.
