Yes you are right there is a line, butI didn't say because it is nonfunctional even from LKO line there is a connection to GMC the same line, trains can come to PF10

best route for ALD-LKO JS should be via CNB, as it is a high speed section contrary to other section connecting ALD- LKO.But extension of 22445/6 could be a mammoth task and seems NCR ALD is currently not interested in giving the RSA pair a new rake or probably old Shramshakti rakes.
