No no this can't be said as HWH Rajdhani via PNBE halts at BWN And JSME and skips DGR,ASN....I think so it's better to remove the halt at JSME only bcz it's a Duronto...If JSME gets a halt then according to me Jhajha,Kiul is also required but we can't do it JUST BCZ IT'S A DURONTO....
