Hatia CDO receives more than 150 complaints from all four divisions about 12827/22891/08627 RSA. Huries into Swarna Project.
HTE CDO falling under SER achieved 2nd last position in LHB maintenance, before KGP CDO and last position in maintening intercity trains. As per report, more than 45 complaints have been registered from Ranchi itself regarding cleanliness and maintenance of the coaches. ADRA & KGP div. made a combined score of 98 complaints and rest were registered at Tatanagar station under CKP division.

Why SER is not trying to lhbfy the rakes of Ranchi Intercity andHWH- PRR Exp.
ER is fastly upgrading its trains to new LHB rakes quickly one after another. But SER is not even trying to lhbfy its important trains like Coromondel exp, Mumbai mail, etc.
SER must build a new Pit line at Purulia to maintain few trains there like:
