Ur thoughts are good but in India situation is like newbies,career debutants,startups all are craving,vying to jump into the big sea like Bengaluru very small no.of them prefer ponds like Hubli,kalaburgi,Ballari etc .like gramin swasthya yogan and likeones where a dr. to attain degree must work atleast for 1yr in village similar kind of regulation might come in future to pull the small cities
