Seems like all trains of budget 2012 have already started as specials !!!!
Yes, Railways had already done feasablity test by introducing them as specials prior making them regular...
happens every time-most of specials that introduce in past few years become regularize in budget
For that matter the making of Golgumbaz from tri-weekly to daily, theres already a train till Bijapur eixting for past 2 years running as special in the same slot-the only thing was it was terminating at Bijapur and will now run till Solapur-same thing with Mysore-shiridi Express which is running as special for past 1 year-even Puri-SBC garib rath ran as a white elephant special with poor patronage

Another one is Valsad-Jodhpur Special, which is also announced in this budget..
seems Valsad being gradually developed as new terminal as an alternate to BCT/BDTS/DDR............
