This route has a lot of demand.I think somebody cancelled their tickets in Bulk.BTW,It is clearly understood from the above figure that NJP(RLGN) shares a Full SL coach in Saraighat Exp,as in a SL coach normally there are 12 RAC's allotted.Remaining almost 12 coaches(Except a very few seats that comes under NOQ/NCB) are there for Reservation for GHY.Very Good Quota Demarkation I would say.In this way they've proved that Saraighat is a dedicated GHY-HWH Train,unlike Kamroop which has lots of RLGN quota's.
