Convert it to an SF...no Sampark Kranti needed as KSK via UBL is already there...
Also it has too many halts for a Sampark Kranti...the SKs normally halt only at very important Stations after they leave their home state...even WB SK and Odisha SK skip a station like Gaya as it is out of their home state...

Ok i will change remove red flag if you cant give green flag leave it as it is dont give red flag. Moreover this will be a dedicated train from hubli to delhi with maximum quota for ubl passengers whereas ksk has very less quota for hubli passengers. Just remove the red flag
