So as told by ER earlier, ER didnot provided a single seat to Ara. ECR just managed to get the halt anyhow but couldnot manage to get any seat from ER. ECR had to merge the quora of Patna only to provide seat to Ara

Halts are fine only if they can fulfill the criteria for getting that
/blog/post/3763848 - 1-2 days ago only someone showed that most of the new halts added in poorva in ECR donot fulfill even the basic criteria for getting halt of SF train. But despite of not filling the adequate criteria, ECR has still converted the temporary halts into parmanent ones. That seriously forces me to think whether really some kid is sitting at Hajipur or not
