* Cheating in board/recruitment exams is very much rampant in the two Northern states and there are gangs/touts who take money to facilitate cheating or deploying a brilliant student as proxy, in order to ensure success of their customers in getting through the exams. So established is the this business that some these gangs/touts had gone 1000 kms away to exam centres of other states with their customers(munna bhais), but are getting caught as there is no police support over there.
* Most important matter for Indian Railways is to recruit skilled, competent, sincere and honest candidates. Other difficulties like problems caused by the examinees at railway stations, difficulties faced by the examinees are not that important. Recruitment of cheaters is likely...

* Many jobs of Indian Railway, especially the technical ones are really tough and need to be discharged by quality personnels, else safety of passengers, punctuality of trains shall be compromised.
