Letter likhte 60 saal ho gaye. Koi bhi govt pehle karaaye gaye survey ko.maanti nahi, aur pata nahi kyu fir se fresh survey karwati hai, route takreeban same hi rehta hai.
Uske baad budget me fund allocation hota hi nahi hai.
