Garib Rath train is comprised of ICF coaches whereas a Humsafar train is comprised of LHB coaches. Garib Rath trains can’t be replaced by Humsafar trains all of a sudden because for that, Indian Railways need to manufacture more and more LHB coaches to replace those ICF coaches which needs time. Further, ICF coaches can’t be condemned immediately because these have certain service life and hence, have an asset value attached to it.

Aapki baat to sahi hai sir, but inke fares itne high hote hai ki flight affordable lagne lagti hai. Aur jo train me safar karna chhate hai wo atlast flight me safar kar lete hai. Agreed ki flight fares bhi high hote hai us samay, lekin fir bhi log 1000 Rs jyada dal kar flight me jate hai. Flight ki kranti me railway ki dynamic fare ka bada hath hai
