AFAIK no of people deboarding at a station does not contribute to any revenue to that station. That's why you will see that in any official document which pertains to revenue of stations, railways always tells about the no of "outgoing" passenger or footfall not the incoming one.
Also the seat allocation for Ndls Rnc Rajdhani has been done by NR, not by SER as the train originates from NDLS. So you can put a grievance to NR regarding this quota issue, you may get some reply regarding this from them
