If a train is able to stop in 15-17 sec from 90 kmph then a considerable amount of time can be cut from the journey time of each and every train running in india as acceleration & deacceleration consume a good amount of time in total journey time of train. Stopping a train is not as easy as they are thinking.
There is sharp curve at ganjkhwaja and their is speed restriction but the PSR is of 110 kmph . not all curve means you have to keep speed 10 or 20kmph
There were lapses by Railway but we can't put entire blame on Railways. The organizers and the spectators are equally blamable.
