Under the directive of Govt. of West Bengal and MLAs, SER is planning a train from Digha connecting all tourism places of South Bengal. Almost all the major tourism spots fall under Adra-Kharagpur section. A superfast will suffice the need. All the tourism geeks are likely to avail the service. From Digha sea shore to Panchkot-JoychandiPahar through the artistic Bishnupur, all will be covered by a single train. More detailed report is yet to receive initialisation.

PM will be either at ADRA or KGP.
If at KGP then the rake may go to Digha at morning as passenger service as KGP itself has not many trains for Digha.

KGP PM not possible..in the morning the KGP to PKU section is overcrowded with lots of EMU,PGR,MAIL/EXP/SF trains. Leaving from kgp till digha and then 1 trip up and down from/to digha is not possible and then return back to kgp at night it willl be midnight. I think PM at ADra can be done but i dont think this kind of train will be runned by SER. MEMU service from Adra to Digha can be but that too i doubt
5 nos. of LHB (2AC + 3AC)coaches got transferred from SER to CR.
SER KGP MEMU Carshed now got 3 new MEMU rakes....is SER planning some new MEMU service any guess????
